Individual sessions
For one-off or pay-as-you-go clients.
Coming soon for trainers
Our booking engine allows trainers to set their availability, have clients book sessions and take payment.
Pre-launch: booking payments and automated trainer payments are being prepared for launch. This page describes how the booking engine is designed to work.
Why use us
Arranging sessions over texts, emails and spreadsheets makes it hard to keep track of who has booked, who has paid and how many sessions each client has left. Our booking engine allows clients to purchase and book sessions, and helps you to keep up to speed with payments.
How it works
Set up individual sessions, multi-session packages or monthly plans, with your own prices, session counts, durations and venues.
Define your weekly working hours, your timezone and any time off.
Clients book available slots using their session credits. You record completed sessions and no-shows.
Flexible ways to train
Your offers live in their own section of the dashboard, separate from your bookings, so your services stay organised.
For one-off or pay-as-you-go clients.
Multiple sessions bought up front, with credits tracked automatically.
A set number of sessions each month for regular clients.
Trainer dashboard
Recurring weekly windows and time-off exceptions give clients clear options to book.
Booking rules prevent conflicting appointments for you and your clients, which helps you avoid double-booking.
Cancellations, rescheduling and attendance recording, all kept in one place.
See each client’s bookings, activity and remaining credits without searching through messages.
Sales, deductions and released earnings are shown separately, so you can tell what you’ve sold from what’s been paid out.
Booking notifications and reminders help keep you and your clients punctual.
Client experience
Clients find you through Find a Trainer, choose one of your offers and receive session credits once their payment is confirmed. Then they can:
Transparent fees
We charge a commission on purchases, and payment handling fees are to be covered by you.
Payments and refunds
Live booking payments and trainer payouts aren’t switched on yet. These are the agreed policies for launch.
Your earnings are released after each session is completed, subject to payment settlement and any holds.
Earnings are scheduled for release on the first day of the following month, less commission and Stripe fees.
Earnings released to your connected Stripe balance may take longer to reach your bank. Disputes, complaints or outstanding account requirements can delay processing.
These are refunded to the client. The platform keeps no commission on the refunded portion and adds no refund fee. Stripe fees remain the trainer’s responsibility.
Only the undelivered portion is refunded, once any reserved sessions or attendance discrepancies are resolved. Released earnings may need to be recovered, and fees can be offset against later earnings.
New single-session and package credits last 90 days from payment.
